Wuthering Waves is set to expand its roster with the introduction of two new 5-Star Rinascita characters in Version 2.1: Phoebe and Brant. This exciting announcement has been made official through Wuthering Waves' Twitter account, stirring anticipation among fans eager to see these characters in action.

• Phoebe: A 5-Star character, speculated to be a Spectro unit. She is an Acolyte of the Order of the Deep, a faction in Rinascita devoted to the worship of the nation's Sentinel, Imperator. Phoebe embodies the discipline and beliefs of her Order, yet she maintains a joyful personality beneath her serene exterior.
• Brant: Another 5-Star character, rumored to be a sword wielder. As the captain of the Fool's Troupe, a traveling Carnevale show, Brant presents an easy-going persona to the world. However, his true focus is on safeguarding his troupe from any threats.

Both characters have already made appearances in the game's storyline, hinting at their respective abilities and roles. Phoebe's banner is expected to launch in Phase 1 of Version 2.1, with Brant's banner following in Phase 2.
