Square Enix Cancels Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link

Square Enix has officially canceled Kingdom Hearts: Missing-Link, the mobile ARPG spin-off of its beloved action-RPG franchise. Originally announced as a new entry set during an unexplored chapter in the Kingdom Hearts timeline, Missing-Link aimed to bring players back into the series’ signature blend of Disney worlds and dark fantasy storytelling. The game was designed with GPS-based mechanics and augmented reality elements, allowing players to engage in real-time battles using iconic keyblades against waves of Heartless across various global locations.
