Season 18 brings exciting additions to Rocket League, including the new Futura Garden arena and two new car bodies: the Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack and the Azura. The Daytona is instantly accessible with the purchase of the Season 18 premium Rocket Pass, featuring the Dominus-style hitbox. The Azura, available in later tiers of the premium Rocket Pass, utilizes the Breakout-style hitbox. Both car bodies are compatible with cross-play in Fortnite once unlocked. A new sound cue, a satisfying ping, now alerts players when the ball narrowly misses the goal off the posts or crossbeam.

The season also introduces a variety of mutators that can alter game conditions in Exhibition Mode and private matches. Some existing mutators have been tweaked, while new ones have been added. Players can participate in season-specific challenges and competitive matches, and engage in Season 18 tournaments with their own set of rewards. Any unspent points from Season 17 will be automatically converted into rewards.

On the technical side, Season 18 fine-tunes the center of mass for several car bodies and refines the internal matchmaking processes within subregions. Numerous performance issues and bugs have been addressed, as detailed in the patch notes from Epic Games. To enhance player safety and foster a sportsmanlike community, a new voice reporting feature allows players to report toxic behavior post-match in accordance with the game's community guidelines.

And that's a comprehensive overview of what Rocket League Season 18 has to offer.
