With the release of *Captain America: Brave New World*, it's time once again to delve into the vast Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), which now boasts an impressive collection of 35 films. Which MCU movie holds the top spot in your heart? Do you cherish the early origin tales like *Iron Man*, or do the thrilling team-ups that concluded the Infinity Saga capture your imagination more? Share your thoughts using our interactive tier list tool below.
There's a wide array of movies to choose from, but remember, we're focusing solely on entries from Kevin Feige's MCU empire. That means no Sony Marvel films this time around (apologies to the X-Men, except for Wolverine, of course). Here's a look at my personal tier list, which reflects my enjoyment over the years:
Unfortunately, *Brave New World* didn't meet my expectations, landing in the D tier due to what might be the MCU's clunkiest script to date. Similarly, my placement of *Deadpool & Wolverine* (2024) at the bottom might surprise some, but it simply didn't resonate with me. You can delve deeper into my thoughts on that here. However, *Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania* currently holds the dubious honor of being the MCU's lowest point for me, comfortably placed in the D tier.
On the other hand, the top tier is reserved for the five films I consider truly exceptional. Both *Captain America: Civil War* and *Winter Soldier* are automatic S-tiers, as they delve deeply into the emotional heart of the MCU and deliver gripping espionage narratives. *Thor: Ragnarok* stands out as one of the funniest films of the past decade, while *Avengers: Infinity War* and *Endgame* brilliantly capped off the saga's most crucial chapter.
If you disagree with my rankings, perhaps believing *No Way Home* to be the best of the Tom Holland Spider-Man trilogy or arguing that *Black Panther* deserves an S-tier, feel free to create your own tier list below. Compare your S, A, B, C, and D tiers with the entire IGN community.
