Arc System Works is igniting Guilty Gear Strive's Season 4 with an intense new 3v3 Team Mode, where six players clash in coordinated team battles, elevating strategic depth and character synergy. This season also heralds the return of Guilty Gear X veterans Dizzy and Venom, alongside Unika from the upcoming Guilty Gear Strive -Dual Rulers- and Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

With its innovative team combat, expanding roster, and bold crossover, Season 4 delivers renewed excitement and fresh tactical possibilities for both newcomers and dedicated fans.

Introducing 3v3 Team Mode

The 3v3 Team Mode stands as a centerpiece of Guilty Gear's Season 4, pitting three-player squads against one another in dynamic clashes. This structure lets players leverage individual strengths and compensate for weaknesses, fostering matchup-focused tactics. Season 4 also unveils "Break-Ins"—unique super moves for each character, usable once per match.

The 3v3 mode is now in Open Beta, encouraging players to experience it firsthand and share vital feedback.

New and Returning Characters

Queen Dizzy

Returning from Guilty Gear X, Dizzy steps back into the arena with a royal redesign, hinting at new narrative developments. As a versatile fighter blending ranged and close-quarters techniques, she adapts seamlessly to any opponent. Queen Dizzy arrives in October 2024.

Venom

Venom, the master of billiard-ball combat, makes his comeback from Guilty Gear X. By strategically placing his billiard balls, he controls the stage with precision, offering a richly tactical playstyle. Venom rewards deliberate, setup-oriented players and is scheduled for early 2025.

Unika

Unika joins the battle straight from the Guilty Gear Strive -Dual Rulers- anime adaptation, expanding the universe's representation. She is expected to debut in 2025.

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Crossover: Lucy

Season 4's standout addition is Lucy, marking Guilty Gear Strive's first-ever guest character. While CD Projekt Red previously featured The Witcher's Geralt in Soulcalibur VI, this crossover brings Lucy's cybernetic prowess and netrunning abilities into the fray.
