Sunborn's Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, a free-to-play tactical RPG for PC and mobile, incorporates gacha mechanics. A common question among players is whether pity counters transfer between banners. The answer is yes.

Does Pity Carry Over Between Banners in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium?

Yes, your pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will carry over to the next limited-time banner.

For instance, during the global launch, the simultaneous Suomi and Ullrid banners shared a pity counter. Pulling on either banner increased the counter for both. If you were close to pity on the Suomi banner, you could switch to Ullrid and have a 50/50 chance of immediately obtaining Ullrid. This applies to all future limited banners, confirmed by Chinese players on Reddit. Any remaining pity on past banners will transfer to newly added limited banners.

Important Note: Pity does not transfer between limited and standard banners. You cannot stockpile pity on the standard banner and then use it on a limited banner.

While hard pity is reached at 80 pulls, soft pity begins around 58 pulls. After 58 pulls without an SSR unit, your chances gradually increase until hard pity is reached at 80.

This clarifies the pity system in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium. For more game guides, including rerolling, tier lists, and mailbox locations, check out The Escapist.
