Elite Challenges Return in Conflict of Nations: World War 3

It's always disappointing when a beloved feature is removed from your favorite pastime, whether it's in gaming, tabletop, or other hobbies. However, today marks a special occasion as a fan-favorite feature makes its triumphant return in Conflict of Nations: WW3—the much-loved clan vs clan battles through Elite Challenges.

So, how do Elite Challenges work? These are team-based battles where alliances can engage in epic wars of strategy against each other. What sets Elite Challenges apart from regular alliance challenges is that participants must be at least rank 25, and the use of gold, the game's premium currency, is strictly prohibited. This creates a level playing field, focusing purely on skill and strategic prowess.

To celebrate the reintroduction of this feature, two challenge maps will be available: the Mediterranean and Antarctica. Elite Challenges also offer a unique twist with 2x starting resources, production, and access to the tech tree by day 10, allowing for larger armies and more diverse technological strategies.

World in conflictIt's easy to see why Elite Challenges were so popular among players. Dorado Games has noted, however, that implementing these challenges became increasingly challenging as their player base expanded. The absence of premium currency in this mode is likely to be a welcome change for most players, ensuring a fair and competitive environment.
