To kick off this quest, locate the Dining Room in Brannof Hall, just off Brannof Boulevard. This street connects to the Town Square, making it easy to find as you exit the Training Grounds.

In the dining room, you'll find Cohen. Engage him in conversation, and he'll inform you about the missing weapons shipment that the Brannof family desperately needs to recover. As the ever-helpful town guard, you're the perfect candidate for the task.

Before leaving, make sure to **speak with Cohen again**. This time, he'll provide you with two leads to pursue. If you miss this chance, you'll have to return later to get the information.

To begin your investigation, you must follow two separate leads as directed by the noble from Brannof Hall.

Before you start questioning, **remove any gear that marks you as a Town Guard** to avoid scaring off potential informants.

Talk to Captain Shirker on The Vincible

Captain Shirker is aboard his ship, The Vincible, docked in the southeast area of town. Once you speak with him, he'll invite you for a meal at The Delectable Dab near the Town Square. Join him, order some food, and engage in casual conversation before steering the discussion toward the missing weapons. Captain Shirker will eventually disclose that he handed the weapons over to a man wearing a blue waistcoat.

Head to the Town Square to find the Man in a Waistcoat in the corner.

Upon speaking with him, you'll learn that a weapons dealer named The Illusion has the plumbatae. The Man in a Waistcoat suggests stealing them back by impersonating someone named Sam, who is known for his monobrow. To pull off this disguise, you'll need to grow a monobrow yourself.

Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West, where you can request a monobrow for 8 Silver and 280 Copper.

With your new look, you're ready to follow the second lead at The Hooked Hand to complete the quest.

The stall is just beyond the Eel Street Bridge. Speak with the Fishmonger there, who'll tell you to catch a Fetid Flounder from the Overgrown Pond to place a secret weapons order. You'll need to reach Level 25 in the Fishing Skill to catch this fish.

Once you've caught the Fetid Flounder, you'll need to hide a note inside it. Use a Quill and Ink, along with some Paper, to write the note. You can find these items on Lord Brannof’s desk in Brannof Hall if you don't have them already. Interact with the note in your Quest Inventory to insert it into the Fetid Flounder.

Take the Fetid Flounder to the Fishmonger at Frequently Fresh Fish and hide behind a nearby bush to observe who buys it.

Follow the Stranger

After purchasing the Fetid Flounder, a Furtive Stranger will rush off. Follow him down Willhope Crossing to Monab Row and knock on the door. Make sure to remove any Guard armor or helmets to clearly display your monobrow, then claim you're Monobrow Sam to gain entry. Inside, confront the thief and defeat him in combat. He's Level 30, so ensure you're adequately prepared.

Once you've defeated the thief, you can reclaim the Plumbatae from the chest and return them to their rightful place in Brannof Hall. This action will successfully complete The Lost Shipment quest in *Brighter Shores*.
