CTM Buddy

CTMBuddy, a mobile application designed for CTM customers, provides a comprehensive suite of convenient features. Key functionalities include real-time monitoring of mobile data, service usage, and CTM Wi-Fi consumption. Users can conveniently manage their accounts by checking and paying bills directly within the app. Furthermore, CTMBuddy offers seamless access to the CTM Bonus Points program, enabling users to track points, view expiry dates, browse available gifts, and redeem rewards. The app also simplifies the process of applying for services such as mobile plans, internet access, and data roaming.

The app incorporates "TicketEasy," a feature allowing users to track the status of tickets at CTM retail locations. Additional features include automated CTM Wi-Fi setup, inquiries regarding phone and equipment maintenance, detailed information on international direct dial (IDD), local numbers, and data roaming options, plus a locator for nearby CTM stores.

For users who have activated their accounts via CTMBuddy, expanded capabilities become available. These include usage tracking and QR code bill payments for postpaid customers, remaining usage and expiry date information for prepaid customers, streamlined online applications, CTM membership verification and rewards access, and options to resend or reset CTM Wi-Fi passwords.
