Application Description
Tute Cabrero, a beloved South American card game, pits 3 to 5 players against each other in a free-for-all competition. The goal? To either accumulate the most points or the fewest, depending on the game variant. Second place is a loss. The game uses a standard 40-card Spanish deck.
Card values, highest to lowest, are: Ace (11 points), 3 (10 points), King (4 points), Knight (3 points), Jack (2 points), 7, 6, 5, 4, and 2 (worthless).
Trick-taking rules dictate that the first card played establishes the suit. Players must follow suit if possible; otherwise, any card may be played. Trump always wins; otherwise, the highest card of the leading suit takes the trick.
