Getting Started:
- Take your first public transport journey (train, bus, tram, or metro).
- Choose your preferred check-in/check-out method: debit card, credit card, or mobile phone.
- Download the OVpay app.
- Create an account (we'll guide you through the process).
- After your first trip, all app features will be available.
About OVpay:
OVpay is a collaborative initiative by major Dutch public transport providers (Arriva, Connexxion, EBS, GVB, HTM, Keolis, NS, Qbuzz, RET, Transdev, and Translink) and Dutch banks, offering a modern alternative to traditional travel cards. It allows check-in/check-out using debit cards, credit cards, or mobile phones alongside the existing OV-chipkaart.
