Steel Paws is an exclusive new action RPG for Android, available only to Netflix subscribers. It's the brainchild of SEGA legend Yu Suzuki, creator of iconic titles like Virtua Fighter and Shenmue. In this game, you battle through a towering labyrinth with an army of combat-ready robotic felines.
What's the Story?
You take on the role of a purple-haired warrior in powered armor, confronting an array of robotic adversaries. Your strongest allies are the Buddy Robots—loyal, cat-like machines that serve as your primary weapons. You can execute coordinated team attacks, launching them at foes like agile, furry projectiles.
The adventure begins when an ancient, monolithic tower erupts from the earth, shaking the world to its core. Lured by a mysteriously floating stone inscribed with ancient runes, the protagonist enters the structure.
Immediately, her robotic cat companions are seized. A distorted, disembodied voice announces that to secure their freedom, she must fight her way to the summit. Thus begins the ascent, conquering floor after floor of mechanical guardians while unraveling the tower's deepest secrets.

Steel Paws: A Sci-Fi Fantasy Adventure
The combat system emphasizes fluid, engaging combos, rewarding players for precision timing and tactical use of special abilities. Each attack from your robotic cat allies is punctuated by a powerful mechanical meow!
The game provides some respite with mid-stage checkpoints, ensuring you won't lose all progress upon defeat. You also have the flexibility to adjust the difficulty level to match your preferred challenge.
Steel Paws incorporates roguelike mechanics, meaning each run through a stage can vary. Enemy positions, resource locations, and map configurations are procedurally altered. Environments themselves pose unique challenges, with certain floors featuring dynamic hazards like treacherous quicksand or slick ice.
At its heart, Steel Paws delivers fast-paced, kinetic melee combat. If you're a Netflix subscriber, you can download it now from the Google Play Store.
