Wuthering Waves Unveils Version 1.4 Update with New Resonators and Features

Kuro Games has launched the version 1.4 update for their acclaimed open-world RPG Wuthering Waves, titled When the Night Knocks, delivering a hauntingly immersive experience filled with mystery and illusion. The update introduces two new Resonators, fresh weapons, engaging storylines, and exciting events.

In the Version 1.4 update, Wuthering Waves invites players to explore the Somnium Labyrinth, a surreal and eerie domain brimming with cryptic visions. Here’s a detailed look at what’s new.

Introducing the New Resonators

Meet Camellya, a captivating five-star Resonator with a mysterious, charming aura, and Lumi, a spirited four-star Resonator with an adorable yet fierce personality. Lumi joins the Afterglow Coral Store as a permanent fixture, available at least until the next update.

The When the Night Knocks event headlines an action-packed lineup. Somnoire: Illusive Realms returns, reimagined as the Somnium Labyrinth, offering a rogue-like adventure where every decision carries weight, and a shadowy presence warns of encroaching darkness upon failure.

The update adds the five-star weapon Red Spring and the four-star Somnoire Anchor to the arsenal. Phase I debuts Red Spring, while Phase II introduces two additional powerful weapons: Stringmaster and Verity’s Handle.

For those who enjoy customizing gear aesthetics, the new Weapon Projection feature, also called weapon transmogrification, allows players to alter the appearance of select weapons, including the Somnoire Anchor and Formless Series.

Version 1.4 Update Adds a New Companion Story to Wuthering Waves

Forking Path Among the Stars offers an extended journey with Camellya as she explores the greenhouse at Black Shores. New Echoes also arrive, with Phantom: Inferno Rider making its first appearance in this update.
