Styled to evoke the aesthetic of 1980s films, this project leverages neural network technology. The trailer features numerous recognizable characters from the Witcher universe, including Geralt, Yennefer, Ciri, Triss Merigold, Regis, Dijkstra, Priscilla, and others. While some visual alterations are present, character identification remains straightforward.
Recently, the developers of Witcher 3 hinted at plans to incorporate Triss's wedding into the game. The "Ashen Marriage" quest was originally intended for Novigrad. The storyline depicts Triss's burgeoning feelings for Castello and her desire for a swift marriage. Geralt aids in the wedding preparations, tasks including ridding the canals of monsters, procuring alcohol, and choosing a wedding gift.
Interestingly, Triss's reaction is directly influenced by the gift Geralt selects. Less elaborate gifts are met with less enthusiasm, whereas a memory rose—a familiar item from Witcher 2—elicits a far stronger emotional response.
