Winterlands Wonderland: Free Fire Event Unveils Arctic Characters and Treasures!

Free Fire's Winterlands festival returns with a dazzling Aurora display! This year's event features exciting new additions, including the tactical character Koda, Frosty Tracks, and an Aurora Forecast system that dynamically impacts gameplay.

Winterlands: Aurora – A Closer Look

Koda, the newest Free Fire character, hails from a high-tech arctic region. His unique ability, Aurora Vision, grants increased movement speed and enhanced enemy detection, even through obstacles. Parachuting with Koda provides an early advantage, revealing nearby opponents. His backstory involves a mystical fox mask discovered under an aurora, forging a bond with snow foxes that fuels his battlefield prowess.

The Aurora theme permeates Winterlands. Bermuda's landscape is transformed with an aurora-filled sky and a new Aurora Forecast system. This dynamic weather system provides in-game buffs, altering the strategic landscape of each match.

Frosty Tracks, icy pathways perfect for skating, are scattered across Battle Royale and Clash Squad maps. Navigate these paths in locations like Bermuda's Festival Clock Tower and Factory, maintaining combat capabilities while traversing. Special Coin Machines along these tracks reward players with 100 FF Coins. Clash Squad players will find these frosty highways in areas such as Katulistiwa, Mill, and Hangar.

Unexpected Aurora Events

Battle Royale players should watch for aurora-enhanced Coin Machines, while Clash Squad players can seek out Supply Gadgets imbued with the magical aurora. Interacting with these elements completes event quests and grants squad-wide buffs.

Winterlands: Aurora also introduces a fun social element. Squadded players appear as adorable snowballs on the event interface. Completing friend-specific tasks unlocks rewards such as an AWM skin and a Melee Skin.
