To begin, progress through the Miri Fajta quest until the Voivode informs you that Marika possesses the letter. Return to Marika in Apollonia and assist her in driving away the wolves.

When conversing with Marika, select the following dialogue options:

  • "He cares about you."
  • "I swear."

Upon choosing these options, Marika will reveal that she concealed the letter inside a tree near a nearby river. Below is a screenshot indicating the exact location:

Retrieve the letter of safe conduct from the tree and return to the Nomads' Camp. Before meeting with the Voivode, it's wise to speak with Tibor first. He will propose a wager involving both the letter and an amulet.

The wager consists of two challenges:

  1. A horse race against Tibor.
  2. A fistfight with Tibor.

To improve your chances in the horse race, consider acquiring the Good Old Pebbles perk for your horse, Pebbles. For the fistfight, participating in unarmed melee tournaments in the region beforehand can be beneficial. Although Tibor isn't an exceptionally tough opponent, he excels at countering your moves.

By following these steps, you'll successfully obtain the Voivode’s letter of safe conduct in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. For more tips and detailed guides on the game, including how to acquire the Royal Treasury Key and romance Katherine, be sure to visit The Escapist.
