Superliminal a puzzle game about escaping a dream is coming to mobile

By EvelynFeb 07,2025

Superliminal, the critically acclaimed indie puzzle game, is making its way to mobile devices this July! Prepare to escape a perplexing dream world using ingenious forced perspective mechanics.

Launching July 30th on the App Store and Google Play, Superliminal invites you to pre-register now. Developed by Pillow Castle and published by Noodlecake, this first-person puzzle adventure boasts "Very Positive" Steam reviews and will feature controller support on mobile.

The story begins with a late-night TV commercial for Dr. Pierce's dream therapy. What starts as a simple viewing quickly turns into an unexpected journey as you become an unwitting participant in his experiment. Trapped in a recurring dream, your escape hinges on solving a series of mind-bending puzzles.

Guided by the seemingly helpful Dr. Glenn Pierce (though his AI assistant may have other plans!), you'll navigate surreal environments where perspective is key. Gameplay centers around manipulating object sizes – shrinking and enlarging them to create pathways, remove obstacles, and uncover escape routes. Later puzzles introduce trompe-l'œil illusions, demanding you find the precise vantage point for solutions.

Enjoy a 25% launch discount for the first two weeks ($7.99 thereafter). A free trial is also available before committing to the full purchase. For more information, visit Pillow Castle's website or connect with them on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or YouTube.
