Star Wars Day is a beloved annual event for fans, and a significant part of the excitement is the unveiling of new toys and collectibles by companies like Hasbro, Sideshow, and Hot Toys. The 2025 celebration was no exception, showcasing an impressive array of items ranging from budget-friendly options under $20 to high-end pieces over $1500. Being a Star Wars collector is truly an expensive but rewarding passion.
This year's highlights included Sideshow's stunning Luke Skywalker Red 5 statue, Hasbro's nostalgic Episode III figures, and Hot Toys' incredibly detailed Jar Jar Binks figure. These were among the most captivating reveals during Star Wars Day 2025.

Hot Toys unveiled an exceptional lineup of 1:6 scale figures for Star Wars Day 2025, featuring some major characters who had never before received the Hot Toys treatment. The standout reveal was undoubtedly the Jar Jar Binks figure. Whether you love him or not, this Jar Jar looks incredibly lifelike, complete with seamless arm joints and two swappable face sculpts to recreate his iconic poses.
Hot Toys also addressed a gap in the Sequel Trilogy lineup with the release of a Poe Dameron figure, dressed in his Resistance X-Wing jumpsuit. Additionally, fans can look forward to another Republic Commando, Clone Commando Boss, and a new line of animated figures inspired by Star Wars Rebels, including a Darth Vader to complement the previously announced Stormtrooper figures.

Hasbro showcased a variety of new figures in both the 6-inch Black Series and 3 3/4-inch Vintage Collection lines. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Revenge of the Sith, Hasbro released new Black Series figures in packaging inspired by the classic RotS toy line, including Aayla Secura and a Magnaguard droid. Black Series collectors can also expand their Imperial trooper collections with a 2-pack featuring a Shoretrooper and a Death Trooper from Rogue One.
On the Vintage Collection side, Hasbro introduced intriguing multi-packs. The "Stormtroopers of the Empire 3-Pack" includes a Snowtrooper, Scouttrooper, and Sandtrooper, while the "Cantina Adventure 4-Pack" features four aliens from the iconic Mos Eisley sequence: Hammerhead, Walrus Man, Greedo, and Snaggletooth. These packs are perfect companions for Hasbro's crowdfunded Mos Eisley Cantina playset.
Prop collectors will be thrilled with the announcement of a new ForceFX Elite lightsaber based on Ezra Bridger's weapon from Star Wars Rebels.

Sideshow Collectibles presented a diverse range of figures, statues, and art prints. The centerpiece of their Star Wars Day lineup is the Luke Skywalker: Red Five, Standing By Premium Format Figure. This impressive 1:4 scale, mixed media statue captures Luke in his X-Wing jumpsuit, climbing up the ladder to his ship. What sets this piece apart—and adds to its price—is the inclusion of a sculpted portion of the X-Wing, seemingly suspended in mid-air.
Sideshow continues to offer 1:6 scale figures alongside Hot Toys' releases, with a focus on their "Scum and Villainy" line. This line showcases the lesser-known aliens and creatures from the Star Wars universe. The second wave includes characters from Jabba's Palace in Return of the Jedi, such as Bib Fortuna, Klaatu, and Vizam.
Finally, Sideshow unveiled a 1:10 scale statue from Iron Studios, a smaller version of their 1:4 scale Darth Vader statue, inspired by The Empire Strikes Back, which maintains its impressive detail in the new scale.
