How Many Chapters Does Split Fiction Have?

Split Fiction is divided into eight main chapters, each featuring missions that smoothly transition into the next. In addition to the main story, players will discover a dozen optional side missions—referred to as side stories—scattered throughout the early parts of the game. These side stories drop you into quirky, one-time scenarios, such as transforming into pigs or hot dogs. Though optional, they add extra flavor for completionists. How Long Does It Take to Beat Split Fiction?

The time it takes to complete Split Fiction will vary depending on your playstyle and whether you’re gaming with a more casual partner. A typical first playthrough usually takes around 12–14 hours if you’re not aiming for 100% completion. Going for the Platinum trophy will likely add another two to three hours, since you’ll earn many trophies naturally during the story and can use chapter select to easily mop up the rest.
