Skate Expands Playtesting to Include Console Players

Skate Playtest Now Available on Consoles!

Exciting news for console gamers! The highly anticipated skate. game, a fresh entry in the beloved Skate franchise, is now available for playtesting on Xbox and PlayStation consoles. While PC players have been enjoying playtests since mid-2022, this marks the first opportunity for console players to experience a new Skate game in over 15 years.

The last mainline Skate title, Skate 3, launched in 2010. Despite a dedicated fanbase, the franchise went dormant as EA prioritized other genres.
