Levy has been crafting this new addition to the Star Wars saga since 2022, with script development kicking off last year. Collaborating once more with Jonathan Tropper, who penned *This Is Where I Leave You* and *The Adam Project*, both directed by Levy, this project promises to be a thrilling addition to the franchise.

While details about Levy's Star Wars movie remain tightly under wraps, we know it will be a standalone film, separate from the iconic Skywalker Saga.
