Get ready for the first Pokémon Go Community Day of 2025! The event kicks off on January 5th, featuring the Grass-type starter, Sprigatito.
From 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time, Sprigatito will appear much more frequently in the wild. This is your prime opportunity to catch plenty of these adorable Pokémon.
Evolving your Sprigatito into Floragato and then Meowscarada during the event window (or within five hours afterward) will unlock the powerful Charged Attack, Frenzy Plant. It also permanently learns the Charged Attack, Flower Trick, boosting its combat potential.
This Community Day is packed with bonuses to maximize your gains:
- Triple Stardust and Double Candy: Catching Pokémon yields significantly increased rewards.
- Double Candy XL Chance (Level 31+): Trainers at level 31 or higher have a doubled chance of getting Candy XL.
- Extended Lure Modules and Incense: These will last three hours each.
