How to Obtain the Ingenuity Utility Belt
The Ingenuity Utility Belt is a unique drop from the King in the Mists, a challenging endgame Ritual Boss. To access this boss, you need the "An Audience With the King" item, used at the Realmgate on the Atlas. Defeating the King in the Mists offers a chance to receive the belt, but it's not guaranteed. The drop rate is estimated at roughly one in five attempts. The King's other possible unique drops are:
- The Burden of Shadows Chiming Staff
Beetlebite
From Nothing
Pragmatism
Ingenuity
The difficulty of the King in the Mists increases with higher tiers, impacting both the boss's power and the drop chance. His attacks are similar to his Act 1 counterpart, offering a preview of the challenge.
Alternatively, you can purchase the Ingenuity Utility Belt from the PoE 2 trade site. The price typically ranges from 15-50 Divine Orbs, depending on the item's specific stats.
How to Obtain "An Audience With the King"
There are two methods:
- Trade Site/Currency Exchange: Expect to pay around 4-7
Divine Orbs. - Ritual Maps: This item has a low chance of appearing as a Ritual favor. These favors are expensive (2700-3900 Tribute). You can defer the item to obtain it later at a reduced cost. It should reappear within 1-4 Ritual maps.
If you obtain "An Audience With the King" but aren't ready for the boss fight, consider seeking a carry or selling the item.
Can Orb of Chance be Used?
No. The Ingenuity Utility Belt is not obtainable through regular monster kills or using 
Orb of Chance on items like 
Astramentis/
Polcirkeln. It's exclusively dropped by the King in the Mists.
