The definitive He-Man has arrived! Fans have finally been treated to their first look at Nicholas Galitzine as the legendary hero in the upcoming Masters of the Universe movie, which has officially completed production.

The film's official social media channels released a photo of Galitzine in full costume on June 15. The shot, however, shows his back to the camera and bathed in shadow, maintaining an aura of mystery. The post's caption included a direct update from the set confirming Galitzine had wrapped his scenes, along with a personal statement from the actor.

"That’s a wrap on Masters of the Universe. It was an absolute honor to take on the dual responsibility of playing both Adam and He-Man," he shared in the announcement. "This has been the role of a lifetime, and I gave it my all. While I can't reveal much yet, I'm incredibly proud of the film we've created. A massive thank you to our incredible cast and crew for their tireless effort."

It's obvious Galitzine dedicated immense effort to this role. In January, the actor detailed his intense physical preparation for the part. "I'm consuming roughly 4,000 calories daily, but with the sheer amount of physical training I'm doing," he told W magazine. "You still find yourself hungry by the end of the day, which is quite surprising."

Galitzine portrays Prince Adam of Eternia and his powerful alter-ego, He-Man. He leads a cast featuring Camila Mendes, Allison Brie, Jared Leto, and Idris Elba. Directed by Bumblebee's Travis Knight from a script by ParaNorman writer Chris Butler, the film is slated for a summer release.
