Hethereau, the game's sprawling metropolis, immediately hints at something amiss. From peculiar trees and unusual citizens to an otter sporting a television for a head, the city's oddities only deepen as night falls, revealing skateboarding gangs adorned with graffiti. Players, wielding Esper Abilities, must unravel the city's strange anomalies and integrate into its peculiar daily life.
