A New Hub For Hunters

New Hub for Hunters

The showcase kicked off with a detailed look at the new endgame hub, the Grand Hub, designed for hunting parties. This hub offers a range of activities including feasting, arm wrestling, and enjoying performances by the Diva at night. Additionally, a fun Barrel Bowling mini-game awaits, where players can earn vouchers and rewards through various in-game activities. To unlock the Grand Hub, reach Hunter Rank 16 and speak with Tetsuzan in Suja, the Peaks of Accord.

Mizutsune Arrives

Mizutsune

A highlight of Title Update 1 is the introduction of the agile and water-based monster, Mizutsune. With swift tail strikes and powerful water jets, Mizutsune promises a challenging encounter. Players at Hunter Rank 21 or above can initiate the quest by speaking to Kanya in the Scarlet Forest, and successful hunts will yield new gear to craft.

Additional Hunts on the Way

An upcoming Event Quest will feature the formidable Arch-tempered Rey Dau, a step above the usual Tempered fights. Players at Hunter Rank 50 or above can take on this challenge and earn new armor upon completion. Additionally, the update allows for repeated battles against Zoh Shia, previously a one-time fight in the main story, with new quests available at Hunter Rank 50 and new armor to craft.

Arena Quests

Speedrunners will find their niche with the introduction of Arena Quests, where they can compete for the fastest clear times. Both Challenge Quests and Free Challenge Quests will be available, with pendants awarded for participation and achievement. These quests can be accessed through the counter in the new Grand Hub.

Change Alma's Outfit

Alma, the dedicated handler, is getting a stylish upgrade with new cosmetic options. Players can change Alma's attire through an appearance menu in camp, with one new outfit available for free. Completing a specific side mission will also unlock the option to change Alma's glasses.

More DLC

More DLC is on the way

Alongside Title Update 1, a mix of free and paid DLC will be released. Classic gestures from previous Monster Hunter games will be available for free, while the Cosmetic DLC Pack 1, accessible through the store or with the Cosmetic DLC Pass or Premium Deluxe Edition, offers additional cosmetic options. New stickers and looks for Alma are also on the horizon.

Event Quests and Seasonal Events

More Event Quests and Seasonal Events

Further Event Quests and Seasonal Events are planned, with the latter transforming the Grand Hub's appearance and menu offerings.
