As the leaves begin to fall and autumn arrives, Monster Hunter Now gears up for its highly anticipated Season 3: Curse of the Wandering Flames. Set to launch on September 12th, 2024, at 12:00 AM UTC, this season brings a host of exciting updates and challenges.
What’s New in Season 3?
Season 3 introduces three formidable monsters ready to test even the most experienced hunters. Magnamalo, Rajang, and Aknosom are now roaming the wilds, awaiting players to take them on. Rajang may appear in Hunt-a-thons, but don’t rely solely on the Monster Tracker—his presence requires sharp instincts and a bit of luck.
The Heavy Bowgun makes a debut with two distinct Special Skills. Depending on the model, players can unleash powerful Wyvernheart shots or precise Wyvernsnipe attacks from a safe distance.
Season 3 also introduces a much-requested feature: cooking. Players can now prepare Well-Done Steaks, each offering unique in-game effects. Additionally, new hunter medals, equipment, and skills like the Hellfire Cloak await discovery.
On the flip side, Radobaan, Banbaro, Tzitzi-Ya-Ku, and other monsters will temporarily vanish from the game. However, they can be reacquired by completing urgent quests.
From September 2nd to October 6th, limited-time packs will be available in the in-game shop, featuring extras like the Recovery Bargain Pack and Hunt Support Pack. Get ready by downloading Monster Hunter Now from the Google Play Store.
