Are you ready to ascend to the rank of Sorcerer Supreme? Marvel Snap has just launched a thrilling new limited-time mode called Sanctum Showdown, available for the next two weeks until March 11th. This event introduces a novel way to compete, featuring a unique win condition, a special Sanctum location, and innovative snapping mechanics that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

In the Sanctum Showdown mode of Marvel Snap, the traditional gameplay is turned on its head. Instead of playing until turn six, the first player to reach 16 points emerges victorious. The Sanctum location is the heart of this mode, awarding the most points each turn. Moreover, the snapping mechanic has been revamped. Starting from turn three, you can snap once per turn to boost the Sanctum’s value by one point, ensuring a dynamic and ever-changing battle for supremacy.

Participating in a match requires one Scroll, but victory rewards you with another, allowing you to keep the momentum going. You begin with 12 Scrolls and receive an additional two every eight hours. If you find yourself short on Scrolls, you can purchase more for 40 Gold. Regardless of the match's outcome, each game contributes to your Sorcerer Rank and earns you Charms, which you can spend in the Sanctum Shop on various cosmetics or new cards.

Some cards and locations are banned in this mode to maintain fair play. Abilities that affect final outcomes are disabled, and cards like Debrii are excluded to prevent any one-sided strategies.
