When Does Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree Release?
Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree launches on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on April 17, 2025. Initially planned for December 2023, the release was delayed.
Fortunately, Primal Game Studio kept backers informed, and some even accessed a closed beta, fostering goodwill. Unlike many failed campaigns, the comments section isn’t flooded with demands for Kickstarter refunds.
In the game, you confront the "Entropy" to save a decaying world. Given the grim atmosphere, success is uncertain.

Pre-order Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree on Steam or the Epic Games Store to unlock these bonuses:

Game Preview 2 isn’t available yet but should launch soon. Game Preview 1 is significantly larger than Mandragora’s demo.

Despite the Steam page’s wording, there are no Deluxe-exclusive pre-order bonuses. Unlike typical AAA titles, both editions include access to Mandragora Preview 1 and, later, Preview 2.

Can You Pre-Order Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree on Consoles?
Currently, console pre-orders for Mandragora are unavailable, though it’s listed on console storefronts. A pre-order option may appear before the April 17, 2025 release, but console bonuses likely won’t include preview access, as previews are PC-exclusive.
Will Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree Have a Physical Release?
Physical PC game releases are rare, with most being digital-only on platforms like Steam, Epic Games Store, or GOG. However, there’s news regarding a physical console release for Mandragora.
Good news: a physical edition exists for consoles and, surprisingly, PC. Bad news: it was exclusive to Kickstarter backers at $79, and the campaign is closed. Primal Game Studio might offer a broader physical release later, but for now, it’s unavailable.
