Leveling Up Your Sinners in Limbus Company: A Guide to Combat and Consumables
Your Sinners' levels directly impact their combat prowess in Limbus Company. Efficient leveling is crucial for progressing through challenging content. Even top-tier Sinners will struggle against underleveled opponents. This guide outlines effective XP acquisition strategies.
While I eagerly anticipate Ananta and Neverness To Everness, I yearn for stylish, non-gacha anime games. HoYoVerse titles satisfy my gacha needs, but a AAA experience without RNG monetization would be a welcome addition.
Combat and Grinding
Initially, XP is primarily earned through combat. All team Sinners gain XP upon clearing battles, regardless of participation, though active combatants receive more. However, this method proves slow and less efficient as difficulty increases.
Unlocking Luxcavation (mid-Canto 2) provides a more efficient approach. While battles offer XP, the mode's primary value lies in the acquisition of consumable leveling items.
Using Consumable Items
Level Boost Tickets and Identity Training Tickets offer alternatives to grinding. These consumables expedite the leveling process and come in varying rarities.
Identity Training Tickets
These tickets provide a fixed XP boost to an Identity, akin to level-up materials in other gacha games (e.g., Honkai Star Rail, Genshin Impact). While effective for reducing grinding, maximizing a single character requires numerous tickets. Four tiers exist, each offering increased XP:
- Identity Training Ticket I: 50 Identity XP
- Identity Training Ticket II: 200 Identity XP
- Identity Training Ticket III: 1000 Identity XP
- Identity Training Ticket IV: 3000 Identity XP
These tickets are primarily obtained from EXP Luxcavation stages, Limbus Passes (both free and paid), and periodic attendance events.
Level Boost Tickets
Level Boost Tickets instantly raise an Identity to a specific level, providing a significant leveling shortcut. However, they are rarer than Training Tickets. Acquisition is primarily through the Limbus Pass and occasional attendance events; they cannot be farmed. Available tiers boost to the following levels:
- Level Boost Ticket I: Level 10
- Level Boost Ticket II: Level 20
- Level Boost Ticket III: Level 30
- Level Boost Ticket IV: Level 40
The maximum Identity level is currently 50. Strategically utilize both Level Boost and Identity Training Tickets for efficient multi-character leveling.
Access the Sinners menu and long-press a character's portrait to use these consumables.
