Lego Party is coming to Netflix Games as part of the streaming giant\'s suite of new releases

• New Lego Party game launches exclusively on Netflix
• Release coincides with fresh TV-centric gaming features
• Your smartphone serves as the controller in this family-friendly LEGO experience

As Netflix Games rolls out innovative TV controls and a wave of new ports playable across smartphones and televisions, another significant reveal may have slipped under the radar: the four-player multiplayer minigame collection, Lego Party, is officially arriving on the platform.

At its heart, Lego Party follows familiar conventions. Much like Mario Party, which likely inspired the title, players navigate a series of competitive minigames to outscore opponents and gather the most Golden Bricks possible.

What truly sets Lego Party apart is its authentic LEGO branding and thematic depth, celebrating one of Denmark’s most iconic cultural exports. Fans will encounter beloved classic themes including Pirates, Space, and Ninjago. While Bionicle fans might notice a cameo absence, there is plenty to enjoy regardless.

Building the Experience

Fair enough, I’m only half-joking about Hero Factory—though it may always hold a special place in my heart. Regardless, Lego Party represents a solid and welcome addition to the Netflix Games library. Paired with the upcoming mobile port of Red Dead Redemption, which will also be included free with subscriptions, we are witnessing a genuine stress test for Netflix’s gaming ambitions.

Although Netflix has avoided establishing its own AAA development studio, it has cultivated an impressive lineup of indie titles. However, Lego Party and Red Dead Redemption mark a strategic shift toward major family-friendly franchises and beloved console classics. This suggests these established brands may define the future direction of Netflix Games.

For now, however, the platform’s greatest asset remains its diverse catalog. Explore our curated list of the best mobile games on Netflix to discover top picks tailored for your next gaming session.
