Krafton, the creators of PUBG Mobile, have quietly soft-launched a new anime-style battle royale game called Tarasona: Battle Royale. This 3v3 isometric shooter, currently available on Android in India, features fast-paced three-minute matches. Characters possess unique skills and abilities, adding a layer of strategic depth to the gameplay.
The game's anime aesthetic is immediately apparent, with colorful female characters sporting stylized armor and weaponry reminiscent of popular shonen and shoujo series.
Early gameplay reveals some rough edges, particularly the requirement to stop moving to fire, which feels surprisingly slow-paced for a Krafton title. However, considering this is a soft launch, improvements are expected.
