In a recent interview with 4Gamer, Okamura stated, "We are putting a lot of effort into finishing Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater by 2025." He assured fans that the game can already be played from start to finish, with the team now focusing on refining the finer details and elevating the overall quality of the experience.
While PlayStation had initially speculated a 2024 release, those plans did not materialize. Studio representatives and industry insiders have now confirmed that the game is slated for a 2025 release. Fans can look forward to experiencing the remake on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms.
