According to Tobias Stolz-Zwilling, the global public relations manager, review codes for the highly anticipated game will be distributed "in the coming days" following the game's gold status in early December. This strategic move is designed to allow reviewers and streamers ample time to formulate their initial thoughts and reviews, with codes expected to be delivered four weeks before the game's release.

Interestingly, the first "final previews" based on segments of the game from the review version are slated to be released just one week after the review codes are distributed. This timing aims to build excitement and provide a comprehensive look at what players can expect.

In a thoughtful decision, the developers have chosen to delay the game's launch to ensure an exceptional gaming experience to kick off 2025. The new release date is set for February 4. This adjustment also strategically positions the game to avoid direct competition with major releases like Assassin's Creed Shadows, Avowed, and Monster Hunter Wilds, all set to launch in February.

The game will be available on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5. For console players, the game supports 4K resolution at 30 fps and 1440p at 60 fps, and has been optimized specifically for the PS5 Pro right from launch.

For those looking to experience the game at ultra settings on PC, you'll need robust hardware: an Intel Core i7-13700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, 32GB of RAM, and a powerful graphics card like the GeForce RTX 4080 or Radeon RX 7900 XT.
