Marvel has unveiled the thrilling debut trailer for *Ironheart*, the much-anticipated MCU series set to stream on Disney+. In this series, Dominique Thorne returns as the armored superhero Riri Williams, first introduced in 2022's *Black Panther: Wakanda Forever*, alongside Anthony Ramos who takes on the role of Parker Robbins, also known as The Hood. The trailer offers fans a tantalizing glimpse into Riri's journey to becoming a standout superhero in her own right, stepping out from her previous supporting role in the MCU.
Parker Robbins, portrayed as a mentor figure at first, aims to help Riri realize her full potential. However, the trailer hints at deeper, more complex motivations behind his character.*Ironheart*, executive produced by Ryan Coogler, is set to launch with a three-episode premiere on June 24 at 6pm PT/9pm ET, exclusively on Disney+. Riri describes her previous adventures in Wakanda as an "internship abroad." Her story takes a turn when she's expelled from MIT, prompting The Hood to challenge her with the question, "Anyone who has accomplished anything has to do questionable things. Are you in or out?" The trailer showcases Riri suiting up, taking flight, and engaging in high-octane action, including a dramatic scene where she punches a truck, sending it soaring over her head.
