Merchant Kanta

Merchant Kanta, located in the Mouth of Seta in the Omi region, is one such case. Finally, you'll confront the leader of the syndicate, the Iron Hand himself, in a highly secured area. Head to Tamba and locate Fukuchiyama Castle near the region's center. Approach from the south side of the castle walls to find him. Expect a fierce resistance and numerous guards. It's advisable to take them out stealthily before engaging the Iron Hand. Once he's defeated, return to Imai Sokun to claim your rewards.
