Tribbie's Light Cone, a key addition to Version 3.1, introduces a novel stacking mechanic. Each time an ally attacks, the Light Cone gains a stack. Upon using the wearer's Ultimate, these stacks are consumed, boosting ally Crit DMG and restoring Energy based on the number of stacks.
This mechanic is particularly exciting given the context of Amphoreus, Honkai: Star Rail's fourth playable world debuting alongside Version 3.1. Amphoreus introduces a wealth of new content, including a new playable Path (Remembrance), new characters, and expanded locations, all inspired by Greco-Roman themes.
