During the Bank of America’s 2024 Media, Communications & Entertainment Conference, Warner Bros. Discovery CFO Gunnar Wiedenfels confirmed the sequel is a top priority. Variety reported Wiedenfels stating, "A successor to Hogwarts Legacy is undoubtedly a top priority for us in the coming years. We anticipate significant growth from our games business, and this sequel will contribute substantially."
