Blood Money needs no grand endorsement—many have already said it better than I can. Yet it perfectly captures the open-ended brilliance of the Hitman series and is widely regarded as the franchise’s peak, with some even ranking it above the acclaimed pseudo-reboot that graced consoles and PC.
At the same time, Hitman’s open-ended design can feel daunting. Allowing players to experience the first level—complete with its intricate paths and countless approaches—is a smart and thoughtful decision.
