Fans of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be thrilled to see new figures in Hasbro's latest release. Nightsister Merrin now has her own figure, and series protagonist Cal Kestis is part of a three-pack set with Turgle and Skoova Stev. Notably, Cal comes with multiple interchangeable heads, including one sporting a handlebar mustache, which Houle highlighted as a key feature of this release.
"We just wanted to have fun with it," Houle explained to IGN. "This pack was one of our favorites from the panel. We started with the handlebar mustache and mullet, then added the clean-cut and short beard options. The handlebar mustache is almost the primary look for us—it's just so much fun."
Given Merrin's significance in the Fallen Order/Survivor saga, it was essential to include her alongside Cal. The challenge, as Reiff noted, was capturing her unique Force abilities accurately.
"You can't have Cal without Merrin," Reiff remarked. "We're thrilled to finally bring Merrin to life, especially with the green blast effect and the intricate details of her new costume and face tattoos. There's a beautiful subtlety in her design that fans will appreciate as we continue to build out this world."
This year's lineup also includes fresh takes on the ever-popular Han Solo and Chewbacca. Despite numerous previous releases, Houle believes there's still room for improvement.
"It's been a while since we last did them," Houle said. "We've given them a complete overhaul with new tools, ensuring they feature the latest articulation. This allows fans to enjoy these classic characters with the most advanced technology available. We've learned a lot, especially from our Wookiee figures with their long hair, which required softer plastics to enable seamless head movement. For Han, we've added articulation to the top of the boot to maintain the integrity of his iconic red-striped trousers."

Among the standout figures is The Ronin, inspired by the Star Wars: Visions anime anthology. This Celebration-exclusive figure is unique with its black-and-white design, accentuated only by the red katana lightsaber. Both Houle and Reiff emphasized the importance of getting the details right for this special release.
"We stayed true to the original design," Houle said. "We incorporated elements of Japanese culture into the packaging, making it look premium with magnets for opening, clean aesthetics, and hidden accessories. Everything from the design to the engineering was given meticulous attention."
Reiff added, "We even included Japanese language on the exclusive packaging, which we don't usually do. But since we're in Japan for the Celebration, it felt right to fully embrace that and create a special package just for this release."
Hasbro also unveiled a new addition to their 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line: a detailed Death Trooper helmet. Reiff described it as a fully new tooled helmet for the Black Series Premium roleplay line.
"It's designed to look as if it came straight out of the movie, with weathering and lighting details," Reiff explained. "You can control the chin lights and the spectre sensor lights with a button on the side. We worked closely with Lucasfilm to ensure we captured every detail accurately, and we added a detailed interior that the real helmets never had."
