Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery Unveils 2024 Halloween Update!

The spooky season has returned to *Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery* with the thrilling 2024 Halloween update. From October through November, immerse yourself in the Dark Arts celebration, featuring a host of eerie events and a complete festive transformation of the game's environment.

Trick or Treat?

As you enter *Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery*, you'll be greeted by the haunting Halloween atmosphere. Both Diagon Alley and the castle are adorned with spooky decorations, and new locations have been added to the Halloween festivities this year.

In the spirit of Hogwarts, a House-themed pumpkin hunt awaits you, offering magical rewards until October 31st. Additionally, a Creature Expedition is set to launch, giving you the chance to confront the terrifying Acromantula head-on.

Have you unlocked the Swooping Evil yet? This eerie creature, known for its brain-eating habits and resembling a stingray, was first seen in *Fantastic Beasts* and is now part of the game. A Special Adventure featuring the Swooping Evil is underway, as it has somehow infiltrated Hogwarts Castle. Your mission is to assist Hagrid in capturing it before anyone gets hurt.

A new side quest, "The Vampire of Hogsmeade," introduces vampires lurking near Hogwarts. Professor Dumbledore has declared Hogsmeade off-limits, compelling you to unlock the One-Eyed Witch statue and uncover what lies hidden in the fog.

New Features in the Halloween Update of Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery

A fresh feature, the Hogwarts Diary, has been introduced. By completing puzzles through various in-game activities, you'll unlock sections of the diary. Each completed section reveals artwork via magic inkwells, piecing together an overarching narrative.

Your journey begins with an invitation from Madam Pince to the library, where you'll embark on a quest for the Lost Spore Scrolls. These scrolls, penned by Professor Phyllida Spore, a former Hogwarts headmistress, contain secrets about the school's magical fungi.
