Guide: Finish Hush, My Darling Quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the side quest "Hush, My Darling" can be initiated in the village of Miskowitz, located in the Kuttenberg Region to the west of Kuttenberg City. This quest will test your blacksmithing skills, so get ready to put them to good use.

Speak with Martha

Head to the southeastern part of Miskowitz to find Martha in the house connected to the village forge. Once inside, engage in conversation with her and inquire if she needs any assistance. When she mentions needing help from someone familiar with a smithy, respond with, "I'm a blacksmith! I'd be glad to help," to officially begin the "Hush, My Darling" side quest.

If you haven't yet, you can also speak with the bailiff about Matthew from the Dry Devil's group. Conveniently, the bailiff is standing right next to Martha, making it easy to locate her using this marker.

Craft Horseshoes

You may already have the necessary items for this quest. You'll need two Farmer's Horseshoes, which you might have crafted earlier to level up your blacksmithing skills. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to create them. Once the horseshoes are ready, return to Martha.

Find Victoria

Martha will inform you that the horseshoes are meant for Victoria and you'll volunteer to deliver them, advancing the quest. Victoria's house is located a short distance south of the forge. Upon arrival, you'll find her house empty, but a disturbing scene awaits you inside. Open the first door on the left to discover blood. Investigate the blood when prompted during "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, then return to Martha to report your findings. She'll suggest heading to Sigismund's camp to search for Victoria.

The camp is situated south of Opatowitz. If you're also on the trail of Matthew for the Dry Devil quest, you might encounter him on the path to the camp. Once there, locate the camp's blacksmith and inquire about Victoria. He'll mention that a soldier named Black took an interest in her. To find Black, head to the infirmary tent, as he's currently ill.

Black will request medicine before he'll assist you. Provide him with a Digestive Potion to treat his food poisoning. If you don't have one, craft it and return to administer it. Wait a couple of hours for the potion to take effect before he'll share information. Black will reveal that he said some things to Victoria, suggesting she might have gone into the woods to the east. Follow the quest marker on your map to find her sitting on a stump.

Victoria is understandably upset, so engage her in conversation about the situation. Your dialogue choices here won't impact future events, but if you made Black promise to look after Victoria, you can share this with her, offering her some hope for the future.

Completing this conversation will conclude "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. From here, you can continue with the main quests or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
