Get ready for the arrival of Gigantamax Kingler in Pokémon GO! This powerful Water-type Pokémon makes its debut on February 1st, 2025, as part of a special Max Battle Day event.

This event offers a fantastic opportunity to encounter Gigantamax Kingler in six-star Max Battles, with a chance to snag a Shiny variant. To boost your chances of success, utilize Max Mushrooms – items that temporarily amplify the damage output of Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokémon during Max Battles.

Max Battle Day Event Details:

  • Date & Time: Saturday, February 1st, 2025, 2 pm to 5 pm local time.
  • Featured Pokémon: Gigantamax Kingler (six-star Max Battles).
  • Max Mushroom Usage: Utilize Max Mushrooms for a damage advantage.
  • In-Game Store Offers: A new $7.99 bundle featuring six Max Particle packs will be available on the Pokémon GO Web Store. A $5 ticket provides one Max Mushroom, 25,000 XP, double XP from Max Battles, and a boosted Max Particle collection limit of 5600.

Event Bonuses:

  • Increased Max Particle Collection: The limit is raised to 1600 during the event.
  • Power Spot Enhancements: All Power Spots will host Gigantamax Battles, refresh more frequently, and yield 8x more particles.
