How To Beat The Lord Of Eroded Primal Fire In Genshin Impact

Successfully defeating the Lord of Eroded Primal Fire often requires the use of Natlan-specific characters such as Mavuika, Kinich, Citlali, Mualani, and others, due to their unique abilities. The dragon, while generally stationary, will periodically summon three Pillars and three Tenebrous Mimiflora, which can be more effectively dealt with using characters wielding Nightsoul Blessings.

Make Sure To Destroy The Three Pillars With Nightsoul Blessing

While it's possible to use other characters to destroy the summoned Pillars, it's far more efficient with Natlan characters like Mavuika, Citlali, Kinich, or Kachina. These characters can quickly break the Pillars' shields, preventing the dragon from unleashing its Eroded Meteor strike. Breaking the Pillars will briefly immobilize the dragon, giving you a 10-second window to inflict damage.

However, if the Pillars aren't destroyed swiftly enough, prepare for the meteor strike. Ensure you have a shield equipped and a healer ready, as the Corrosion effect can still penetrate through shields and deal significant damage. Reliable healers like Furina, Kokomi, Kuki, Barbara, and Bennett are essential to surviving this phase.

Dodging the dragon's attacks can be challenging due to their unpredictability. The dragon can transform into smoke and move around the arena, making it hard to anticipate its next move. This attack involves the dragon impaling its swords into the ground, causing Pyro and Erosion damage. Staying close to its hands can help you avoid the Dragon Breath's reach. Swift healing is crucial to counteract the Erosion effect from any sword slashes.

Co-Op Mode and Matching

Regardless of whether you have Natlan characters, consider using Co-Op Mode to tackle this boss. Teaming up with others who possess Nightsoul Blessing characters can make the Pillar phase much more manageable.
