Pokémon GO March 2025 Community Day Details Revealed
Fuecoco Ignites March's First Community Day
Mark your calendars! Pokémon GO has announced Fuecoco, the Fire Croc Pokémon, as the star of the first March Community Day event, taking place on March 8, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (local time). Expect increased Fuecoco spawns, and boosted Shiny rates!
Evolving your Fuecoco into Skeledirge (via Crocalor) will grant it the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn, but only if you evolve it within one week of the event. Skeledirge can also learn Torch Song, with no time limit.
A special Timed Research event will reward you with a Fuecoco encounter featuring a Seasonal Special Background! Completing the research also further boosts your chances of finding a Shiny Fuecoco. This Timed Research runs until March 15, 2025, at 10:00 PM (local time).
For an extra boost, a $2.00 Community Day Special Research ticket offers three Fuecoco encounters (each with a Seasonal Special Background), Battle Passes, and Rare Candies. This ticket can even be gifted to friends who are at least Great Friends!

Beyond Fuecoco, Pokémon GO has revealed the dates for Community Day events from March to May:

Community Day Classic events bring back fan-favorite Pokémon from previous Community Days, such as Ralts (featured in August 2019 and January 2025). While the featured Pokémon for the other dates remain a secret for now, get ready for some exciting surprises!

Team Valor or Team Rocket? Choose Your Path!
The Beloved Buddies event, celebrating the arrival of Dhelmise, includes a Timed Research with two branching paths: one focusing on friendship with Candela (Team Valor), the other on battling Arlo (Team GO Rocket).
Early Timed Research tasks reward you with Ultra Balls, Remoraid, and Mantine encounters. After completing these, you choose your path, each offering unique rewards.
The Candela path rewards include Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash.
