PlayStation Plus January 2025 Lineup: Suicide Squad, Need for Speed, and The Stanley Parable
PlayStation Plus subscribers can now claim three free games for January 2025: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe. These titles are available until February 3rd.
This month's selection includes the controversial Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, a PlayStation 5 title from Rocksteady Studios, known for the Batman: Arkham series. While its initial release faced criticism, this PlayStation Plus offering provides a chance for many to experience it. The game boasts the largest file size of the three, at 79.43 GB on PS5.
Completing the lineup is Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, a PS4 title (backwards compatible with PS5 but lacking native PS5 enhancements), weighing in at 31.55 GB. Finally, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe offers native versions for both PS4 (5.10 GB) and PS5 (5.77 GB), presenting an expanded edition of the original game with added features and accessibility improvements.
To download all three games, PS5 users should ensure they have at least 117 GB of free storage space. The February 2025 PlayStation Plus lineup is anticipated towards the end of January. Sony will also continue adding new titles to the Extra and Premium tiers throughout the year.
