Unlike many PoE2 quests, Ancient Vows lacks explicit instructions. The quest appears after obtaining either the Sun Clan Relic (Bone Pits) or the Kabala Clan Relic (Keth). Finding these relics requires exploring these areas and defeating enemies – the relics are random drops.

Once you have a relic, head to the Valley of the Titans. While map generation is random, look for a waypoint; a large statue with an altar is usually nearby. Place the relic on the altar by dragging and dropping it into the slot.
Rewards:
Choose between two passive effects:
- 30% increased Charm Charge gain
- 15% increased Mana recovery from Flasks
You can change your choice later by returning to the altar, though this requires revisiting the area.
