While the full cast hasn't been officially confirmed, Leslie Uggams (Betty Pearson) has confirmed her return, revealing filming starts next month. It's anticipated that Ella Purnell (Lucy MacLean) and Walton Goggins (Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard) will also reprise their roles. Uggams hinted at exciting developments for her character, Betty Pearson, promising surprises for fans. "I am with the Vault People, so I didn’t get to see what the Earth people were doing," she teased. "So when it came on, I was blown away. But Betty’s got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned."

A 2026 premiere is currently estimated, considering filming and post-production timelines. However, an official release date remains unannounced. (Recall that season one filmed around July 2022 and premiered in April 2024.)

Prepare for a trip to New Vegas! Producer Graham Wagner revealed that season two will feature Robert House, the antagonist from Fallout: New Vegas. The extent of his involvement remains a mystery, though he was briefly shown in a season one flashback meeting with other Vault-Tec leaders.

Showrunner Robertson-Dworet and Wagner have previously indicated that season two will explore untold stories, expand on season one's cliffhangers, and delve deeper into the origins of the Great War, featuring more Vault-Tec executives and character development.
