How to Beat All Monsters in E.R.P.O.
E.R.P.O. is constantly evolving, with new monsters being introduced regularly. To stay ahead, bookmark this page for the latest updates on monster strategies. Below, you'll find detailed guides for each current monster, along with general combat tactics to help you prevail.
Melee Combat: Arm yourself with melee weapons like the Machete or Hammer, available in the shop for 10k to 20k cash. These will spawn in your next level; pick them up with M1 and swing at monsters to inflict damage. Exercise caution with ranged attackers like the Huntsman. Employ a hit-and-run tactic to minimize damage taken, and always carry healing packs for melee engagements.
Grenades and Mines: Also available in the shop, these explosives can be game-changers. Pick up a Grenade with M1, uncork it with E, then throw it or leave it to detonate for significant damage. Mines are placed on the ground and explode when monsters step on them, ideal for setting traps.
Monster Brawl: Clever use of monster AI can turn foes against each other. Lure a Huntsman to shoot at another monster by positioning yourself behind it and making noise with movement or voice chat. Similarly, during a Reaper's attack animation, you can pull it towards other monsters for mutual damage.
Robe Guide (Ghost)

The Robe, a shadowy ghost, is dangerous upon contact. Evade it by crouching and hiding, or kite it around the area. To defeat it, lure it into two Grenades or Mines. Avoid melee combat as Robe inflicts heavy damage and can teleport, accelerating towards you if you look at its mask.
Reaper Guide

The Reaper, a doll-like creature with spinning sword arms, is less damaging than Robe but still a threat in melee. Kite it or avoid it, as it doesn't teleport. It's more susceptible to melee attacks; a single grenade followed by a few hits can take it down. Grenades and mines also stun it, making it easier to finish off.
Apex Predator Guide (Duck)

These seemingly harmless ducks are non-hostile until provoked. Avoid grabbing or damaging them, as this will enrage them, causing them to chase and bite you. Their low damage and persistence make outrunning them or using melee weapons the best strategies. Grenades are overkill but effective due to their low HP.
Huntsman Guide

The Huntsman, a blind marksman, can one-shot you with his gun. He relies on sound, so stay silent and crouch to avoid detection. Never engage in melee combat due to his auto-aim. Instead, place mines near his path or throw grenades while crouched. The explosion will temporarily deafen him, allowing you to close in with melee weapons.
