Get ready for Pokémon GO's Adventure Week 2024! This August event, running from Friday, August 2nd, 10 AM to Monday, August 12th, is packed with Rock-type and Fossil Pokémon encounters.
Event Highlights:
Prepare for boosted wild spawns of Rock-type Pokémon, including increased Shiny Aerodactyl encounter rates. Diglett and Bunnelby will also be more common. 7km Eggs will hatch Cranidos, Shieldon, Tirtouga, Archen, Tyrunt, and Amaura. These Pokémon will also appear in event-themed Field Research tasks, alongside rewards like Aerodactyl Mega Energy.
This year's Adventure Week offers double XP for PokéStop spins (five times for your first spin daily!) and double XP for hatching Pokémon.

Adventure Week includes new PokéStop Showcases and Collection Challenges, awarding Stardust, Pokémon encounters, and additional Aerodactyl Mega Energy. Five-star raids will feature Moltres, Thundurus Incarnate Forme, and Xerneas. Plus, Poplio is August's Community Day Pokémon, with a Classic Community Day and a Pokémon World Championship event also on the schedule.
